It felt so good, so right.
I could see happiness in the future.
Wholeness, completion two-fold.
And then, very gradually, it slowed.
The feeling ebbed away...
Is it gone? Is that it?
Is that how it will be until that future happiness
is imminent?

maybe, like we hope, you'll change your mind. be so happy with this other interest,
you'll forget what you wanted.

1. and you, you lived there your whole life, one/two years here, doing the same exact thing,
if not better. what's the difference?

2. come on, you know it's silly. this way is so much more practical. and you'll be happy, you know you will be. Never mind it's not what you wanted, it will make you happy.
